Returns & Refunds:

We are committed to the quality of our products and returns are very rare. Prior to making a purchase, it is crucial to thoroughly review you order details to understand exactly what you will receive upon delivery. Planning ahead to ensure that your order is precisely what you need and will fit in your space will prevent any complications.

Before placing your order:

  • Carefully measure the area that you plan to place your new furniture to make sure it will fit nicely.
  • You can use masking tape to outline the layout on the floor for visualization if needed. This can really help.
  • If needed, we can supply all measurements and spec sheets when available.
  • Review all invoices and/or estimates carefully to clarify each item before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Receiving your delivery:

  • If you decide against any item when delivered do not unpack them.
  • If anything arrives damaged, please immediately photograph the item and the damages contact us for replacements.
  • Do not refuse delivery as return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Returning Items:

  • Please contact us for authorization before returning any items. We will issue an RMA. (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping cost and ensuring that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be packaged in original packaging with all parts included and in original condition.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Items already made ready for shipment or that have been shipped may not be cancelled and will follow our normal return policy

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be submitted within 14 days of items being returned
